How to live a satisfactory and happy life even if one is Obese.
Living a happy life even if you are obese or overweight is very important. Often, an overweight person initially has a desire to lose weight in an easy way, which is not there without any reciprocal efforts and sacrifices to be made.

One can experience emotional challenges coupled with difficulties to enjoy their sex life which has relation to the degree of satisfaction and happiness. If both partners are obese the problems get doubled, more particularly when an obese woman gets pregnant.

Learning to Hold Self Respect:
There are lots of overweight persons, who enjoy great self respect and by their give and take concept are in a position to enjoy satisfied sex life, even in spite of their physical indisposition. Among the obese people there are some people, who have to struggle hard and suffer physically as well emotionally.

There can be a number of causes ranging from physical and emotional set backs they experience in their life, this is why obese people put excess weight on their body. A person can describe the reasons in a best manner in his own description. In women usually it happens during and after pregnancy. The root cause of the situation is, when one has a weak self respect.

Turning Negatives in to Positive:
An obese woman develops many negative feelings like becoming nude in front of her husband and feeling more distracted seeing her naked body out of proportion. Although the husband accepts, displays his loving affections and feelings. With all other things normal one feels repulsion from sex, which becomes, highly demanding from the husband side.

It is not necessary that all the overweight people suffer a damage of self conscious in the beginning and during sex. People who feel suffering of self respect linked to their overweight problem do feel damage to their self conscious and can not enjoy life as it comes and it is a great challenge to rectify the situation by any means.

One has to realize the reality and break the tightly held false shackles of reality around oneself and accept one’s appearance and start accepting other people and show your feelings about them. It is a long struggle to learn that way and start living happily.

In ones’ previous impression about overweight, one feels loving and getting loved, worthless because of irrationality and emotional clouds blinding the vision of great possibilities one can live as an overweight, although there is no escape from the present situation. Creative thinking and viewing the situation can make positive changes in one life towards happiness and contentment.

The stereotype version, of overweight people is a great curse. One shall find that overweight persons are not lazy in doing and finishing their work, they are equally intelligent, but they can not be found always jolly. Overweight people are in all other respects the same as their thin counterparts. They are beautiful inside and outside and have similar sex feelings, even in spite of the society having disregard about how they appear and are often a hot subject of jokes circulating in every group.

The Virtues of Overweight People:
Overweight people are strong, sensual and have the ability to heal from their emotion and feeling sufferings and come out of the setbacks. The numbers displayed by the scales are not the measurement of the affection and feelings obese person have for the other obese people, because they belong to their tribe and they need to uphold respect for each other and feel happy about nature’s great gift to them.
