Snacks Women Crave and What You Can Use to Substitute Them
Women crave more snack things than men. This is half the reason that we women can't lose weight. Think about it ladies. You can try to deny it all you want, but when you really stop to think about it, it's true. So, in order to help you stick to that diet, here are a few things that we have come up with in which you can substitute for some of those fatty things that we feel as though we can't live without.
The first thing that many women will crave is chocolate bars. We crave the chocolate all the more. We want the candy that you can buy at the grocery store yet there is something else that you can switch out. So, if you are going to go for the candy bar, then make it a semi healthy one. While women crave Reece or things of that nature, why not stick to a Three Musketeer? If you just want something sweet, then you might want to try Twizzlers. With Twizzlers, they aren't chocolate which means they are less calories. Women also crave ice cream. There is something about this cold treat that just makes a woman want it all the more. We can understand this. Yet, instead of ice cream, why not go for something like frozen yogurt. If you do go for ice cream, maybe you could try sugar free ice cream and the same of the toppings that you choose to put on it. Maybe even put some fresh fruit on top. When you think of a sandwich, there is something women crave to go with it. We women tend to want some salt in the form of chips. This is okay when you eat them in moderation, but we don't eat them in moderation. So, if you are looking for good chips, then why not try the baked chips? You can still get some salt in which you are really craving. If that isn't the type that you are looking for then why not eat some whole grain chips? Pringles have just created this and we have heard that they are pretty yummy. There are other things that women crave. They crave donuts as a form of something sweet. We know how that goes. We've been there too. So, how can you get past this and stick to a diet? Get a different sort of dough type snack. A bagel is a great alternative with some cream cheese is even better. That might not sound as appealing, but it can help you. For those other cravings, why not try some yogurt? They are making yogurt in a number of flavors. By having this, you are getting less calories. If you can't find the means to give up the cravings, then just choose to eat them in moderation. That is another way to go about it. The key is to curb your cravings. If you are going to give into it, then just try to moderate how much you actually eat.
