Exercises that You Can Do While Doing Chores
Chores, we all hate them, yet they seem to consume our lives. Some people are crazy enough to actually like them. Others like myself are just ready to get chores done and over with. Yet, while there are so many chores yet to do, what is harder is to actually get your exercises in. It seems on the days or the times that we have the time available to do them, there is always something that we have to do in the realm of chores that keeps us from our exercising time. So, here's a thought, while you do those lovely chores, you can do two things at once. You can exercise as well as do the chores. Here are some ways to do so.

If your washer and dryer are in the basement or anther floor like mine are here's a thought. You probably try saving yourself trips. Meaning, you wait until there is a heaping pile and do laundry in shifts. This way you fold and then you pile as much as you can in the laundry baskets just so that you don't have to go up the stairs all that many times. Well, do one load, put it in the dryer, and then start another load. When the load in the dryer is done, fold it then and there then put it away. Don't wait until you have a few heaping baskets done.

Another thing you can do is while you are cooking. While you are cooking, you can try rolling your neck. You can try doing squats. Think about it. How many times have you been standing in the kitchen trying to wait for something to get done and just standing there being bored? We've been there and done that.

Don't think that there aren't more ways in order to get the chores done while also getting your body in shape. One of them ways is jogging in place while you are waiting. Some of us fill the sink and get the dishes ready, you can use this time to jog in place. It's something that is pretty amazing.

Then there is the dusting. If you have shelves where you dust, lay on the floor. Then sit up to retrieve the item in which to polish. When you are done polishing it, you can then sit back up to put it back. This is like doing a crunch.

Looking for something else? Instead of bending over to put stuff on the bottom shelves in the kitchen, this is where you can do some squats. Have you ever thought about that? We bet you didn't. Many of us don't look about how the every day chores we do can help us to exercise. It's a wonder how much exercise you can do while you do chores. So, find some simple ways and make chore time a time where it's like getting two for the price of one. You get a clean house as well as a toned body.

RE: Exercises that You Can Do While Doing Chores
Even walking to a supermarket to buy little stuff (assuming its close) is a very good exercise. We have become a couch potato society.
