If you want a sure fire way to get in a sexy mood for some good fun bed loving, then you know that there are certain healthy foods that are known as aphrodisiacs. This means that there is something in them that get men and/or women in the mood for sex. Well, a lot of them are really good for you. Let's help you learn about a few of these foods.

They always say a good handful of nuts is always good. Well, we found that there is another reason almonds are so good to eat. They are known to be a natural aphrodisiac. You will find that this nut has been known to be a sign of fertility for many years now. Just the smell of them are said to turn a woman on.

Another thing that you might not think about is a very good tasting vegetable. This is asparagus. What's even odder is that the thing that makes it an aphrodisiac is the shape. Vegetarians even say that they eat this three times a day for the sexual effect it has.

Bananas are another thing. This has a Biblical text as to why it's considered an aphrodisiac. It was said that back after Adam ate of the apple, him and Eve then used the banana peel to hide their private parts. The scientific reason that they turn people on so to say is because of the potassium as well as the Vitamin B which are both needed to produce the sexual hormones.

Carrots are even said to have this effect as well. Ladies carrots won't work for you, but they have been scientifically proven to work on males. It is said that history shows that carrots were used during the Middle Ages as a part of seduction. Even men in royalty used this.

Figs which many don't think about are considered to aphrodisiacs. This is for you ladies out there. It is said to really turn a woman on. Just breaking one open and eating it like that is supposed to make a girl crave sex.

Now, if you are wondering about other fruits that have the same effect. There are two of them. These two are raspberries and strawberries. When you read literature, they are considered fruit nipples. The Vitamin C is what does it for you and they make them great for those of you who are dieting.

Avacado is yet another one. Even the Aztecs had a name for this fruit that hung on the tree. They called them the testicles tree. This idea has said that many women think of a mans testicles when they think of the avocado and this really entices them.

So, now that you know about these, you might be thinking about adding these to your diet on a daily basis. That's for you to know, but we hope this has helped you. It's really interesting to learn about some of these and you never would think about some of them such as the carrots, but now that you know and if you need a little help, you can kill two birds with one stone.

Its true an active lifestyle, balanced diet and self-confidence are the best ways to get the sexual charge you need a few foods out there that can give you that extra…boost you’re looking for.Andean root,carrot etc.are some vegetables which I now that it is really good for health as everybody knows that chocolate is women's favourite.any ways thanks for the interesting guide.
