A Lean Indian Meal
Some of us love going out to eat just to get different tastes of different cultures, how about an Indian Meal? While this can be pretty costly and things of that nature, it can also be pretty bad for your health and that diet that you have been working on. They add things that can go totally against your diet. You have no control over this either. One of those things that you might crave is the great tasting Indian food. However, we have some good news for you. If you are craving Indian food, we have a great recipe for you to make.

So, if you are all game for this meal, we are ready to teach you how to make it. The dish we will be taking you how to make is totally lean. This meal is called curried shrimp kabobs with basmati rice. We think you will really like it.

Let's begin with looking at the things that you will need for this dish. The first thing that you will need is half a cup of basmati rice. Then you will need about six ounces of peeled shrimp. Make sure that these shrimp are medium sized. You'll also need about eight cherry tomatoes. Another thing you will need is eight one inch squared pieces of red onions. You only need one layer. Another thing you will need is curry paste. You only need one teaspoon of this. You need one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Then, you will need two skewers.

Now the recipe from here is really easy. You might want to do this when the weather is pretty decent out. We recommend doing this when you can eat on the picnic bench as it's great on the grill. Take our word for it, you will love it. Add a salad with this dish and it will be a great meal. So, you might be wondering what steps you have to do. Again, it's really simple.

All you do is this. First you preheat your grill. Make sure you are grilling this on high heat. While you are letting that heat up, you will then want to make the rice. You just want to make it like it says on the package. Once you do that, you are then going to take the shrimp, tomatoes, onion, curry paste, and the olive oil and put this into a medium bowl. You'll combine all this. What you do then is take the skewers and you put the tomatoes, onion, and shrimp on these skewers. Now, what you do is turn the grill onto low. Put the skewers down and lay them side by side. They don't take long to grill at all. They only take three to four minutes to grill. You will know when they are done as the shrimp will be plump. Then you take them off the grill and they are ready to serve.

We told you that it was easy. There aren't that many calories either. So, for some Indian flavor and more, then this is what you need. Test it out yourself and have some friends over. The more the better.

RE: A Lean Indian Meal
Yeah it is really easy and delicious, basically Indian food have more calories and mostly spicy but they are really delicious lots of time I am enjoying to eat there specially the north Indian dishes but I don't think so that Indian food is bad for health It is inaccurate and misleading that any food will cause any diseases it depends on that how conscious you are about your health.
