Mistakes Women Make when Dieting
Okay, so we know that we all make mistake, but the ones who complain the most about losing weight seem to be the women out there. So, let's focus on the ladies for once. What is it that you are doing wrong? Well, here are a few things we have noticed as we looked into dieting tips. You will probably laugh because what we are talking about has all to do with you and your habits.
The first thing is the comforts you choose during that time of month. We have all heard the joke that a woman's two friends are Ben and Jerry. Well, hunny Ben and Jerry are little perverts because they go straight to the no no areas in which you are trying to lose weight. Those foods that pick you up can also weigh you down and we don't mean that as a figure of speech, but we mean it literally. The next thing is ladies you have to cut down on the Starbucks. While you are driving through the drive through and supporting their coffee line, you are just supporting your waist line and its growing habits. Do you know how many calories you in take when you drink their cappuccinos? We women have to talk. We know that. We like emotions and we like talking about our problems. But ladies do you always have to get together over bon bons and in the restaurants? We don't think you do and all that dining and whining is actually costing you quite a bit. Even if you pick what perceives to be the healthiest place, you go and order the unhealthiest food there is. Have you ever noticed that? Then there is happy hour. Who doesn't like to be happy? Yet those drinks you choose will leave you unhappy when you go to weight yourself. This is true. All those drinks have calories that you don't need and this is a big reason you aren't losing weight like you wish to. Get away from the television. Women are addicted to television. This is really true when we start talking about drama. How many of you ladies have at least three shows to watch every night? Try getting out and hitting the gym during that time. We are also topping freaks. When you look at us when we go out to eat, we like the sour cream. We like to add guacamole, but that adds some serious calories so try finding other things that you can add and save yourself some calories. When you do this, you are on a better track to becoming thin. The last thing that we like to do is that we like things big. We like to get a large drink. We like to use the biggest dish we can find when it comes to the ice cream that we shouldn't really be eating. Well, start learning how to downsize can help you greatly in shedding some of those pounds that you wish to lose. You would be amazed at what can come about when you do that.
