Purging Food Can Be Very Dangerous - Do You Vomit After Eating Food?
To lose weight is not every one's cup of tea. Of the thousands every year who embark the journey to a healthier body, only a few come victorious. But when you look for inspiration, not only should you ask the winners what they did, but should also keep an eye open to see what those who failed did. As important as to learn what to do is to learn what not to do.

The fundamental concern while trying to lose weight is to keep a check on what you eat. While the dieticians have spent volumes of pages to define a healthy diet, hours of sessions on what you must and must not eat, what remains as the most daunting part of the whole journey is to implement what you have learnt. Sticking to a diet plan religiously and never faltering is not as easy as a diet book might put it. But, an even more harmful and treacherous road that lures the weight watchers at times like these may end up in an altogether different trouble.

Purging is a way to cause the bowel to empty by the use of a purgative. Many people, after having had a sumptuous delicious meal, purge everything out in order to stop their body from absorbing the fat that could have stayed on inside their stomachs. Now, to those who have indulged in purging, it is a very dangerous act to become habitual to and needs to be gotten rid of at the earliest. And to those who have just been introduced to this 'art' a few sentences ago do not make the common mistake of being amused by this new found technique.

Many people try to vomit out the food that they eat through purging so as to avoid absorption into the body. The use of vomit inducing substances and abusing laxatives or diuretics are some ways to purge. This extremely dangerous form of not letting your body absorb the food that you eat has inexplicably compounded effects that hit the health severely over the time. When we eat food, we do not do so just because we feel like doing it. Eating food is the most fundamental necessity of every being and by passing this is nothing less than strangling yourself. The face that this assumes might make you feel that you have the choice in your hands to decide which food to purge and which not to. But, not surprisingly, the choices made by a normal human who has not spent six years in a medical school are bound to falter.

The food we eat carries with it not just a few calories that you are afraid to put on. All the vitamins, minerals and nutrients that are pivotal to your body processes find their source only in the food you eat. A simple question that could demystify this paradox would be to ask whether a car could run without diesel. No doubt, to over feed your vehicle could cause its tank to brim and overflow, but you could not sideline the symbiotic working of the oil, lubricants, battery and what not that make your car actually run. Stop supplying any one of these and you never know which process night stop midway.

The analogy simply put the point that you need not dread the fat you might put on from the food. Balance your intake and emphasize on a wholesome and healthy diet rather than selective eating. Never indulge in activities such as urging that could have compounded side effects insidiously. Eat healthy, stay healthy.
