Dealing with weight gain depression
Depression caused by weight gain is a common problem. This article will tell you how to deal with this depression.

If you are bulky and doesn't have a fit appearance you might feel depressed when you see people around you having a sleek and smart body. It is natural that all of us want to have an acceptable figure. Over-weighted people might feel themselves detached and unfit for the society. But they must always keep in mind that there is not a single problem without a solution. Similarly being overweight doesn't mean that it's the end of the world. Feeling depressed just because you can't find a good way to control your body or you don't have a will power to do so is not a solution at all. You must read on if you are really interested in knowing how to deal with weight gain depression.

You must agree that getting rid of certain thing requires you to know what's causing it. So once you know that you are depressed because of your over-weighted body you must try to find out ways to reduce that so as to feel good about yourself. You must know this basic fact that once you have a feeling inside you that ‘you can do it' half of your job is done. So before applying any weight loss methods you must be confident about your abilities that you can achieve the set target for yourself. Once you have this can-do feeling inside yourself you will realize that now you are feeling much relaxed. Practice this feeling of being confident so as to get away with the depression. Second point to remember is that "no one will say or feel good about you, unless you do it yourself". Before expecting others to accept you, you must accept yourself. Thirdly, practice yoga, it can also be very helpful in giving you a feel of relief.
Now when you are feeling much better you can begin your weight loss journey. You have to bear in mind two key facts:

• You can't lose weight over night so don't even desire that. You must keep a slow pace so that you'll not lose health during this whole process.
• Every person has a varied body structure having different requirements so there is every possibility that a weight loss method might work amazingly well for someone whereas not working at all for someone else.

Now when you have just come out of the weight loss depression you can practice following as a first step towards achieving your weight loss goals:
• Check your daily routine: Do you sit a lot? Are you active? What are your eating patterns? Do you exercise? If you are not active you must add certain activities in your daily routine to keep yourself active, this will increase your metabolism which helps you burn more calories.
• Start with light but regular exercise.
• Take help from your family and friends.
• Eat healthy but balanced.
• Take regular sleep.
• Check your medicine intake, some depression medicines may be causing fatness.

we mostly deals weight gaining persons they always under stress for raising weight .they use mostly fast foods and use vitamins and minerals for raising weight.
