How to tell if a child is really Obese or it is just the Baby Fat?
Many parents have been misguided for a number of years when it comes to their child's weight and the misconception that the fat that their child has is baby fat. Many will tell you that around the age of four years, you should be seeing a decrease in what many parents consider baby fat. When you take your child to the doctor and they find that your child is gaining weight at an increasing rate, they will then tell you that your child might have an obesity problem. They will also tell you that if they continue to gain such weight after the age of seven then it is an obesity problem.

At the age of seven many kids' bodies are gearing up for those years of puberty. So, what do you give them to drink instead? President Obama and his wife often send their daughters to school with bottled water.

The other thing that you can do is pack their lunch. You can make a healthier lunch than the schools can. Many parents have done this and have seen how it has helped. It saves you money as well which is something that many parents love. There are many things you can do and be prepared for more tips to be printed for your use as a reference guide as more and more is being done to help educate parents and help them to get their kids to become healthier individuals.

The biggest thing is to make sure your child is getting enough exercise. Of all the things that are being mentioned in each and every informative source to parents, the major thing is that they want parents to get their kids off the couch more and doing more productive things.
