Various Equipments And Accessories For Performing Yoga Exercises
There are so many different types of equipments that can be used by a person while performing yoga that can help them loose a few kilos of his excess fat. Yoga can be defined as a traditional mental and physical disciplinary exercise that keeps the fitness of one’s body intact. There are many different kinds of yoga that can help in keeping the fitness of one’s body or in other words help one to keep a well toned fat free body. Consequently, there are many different types of equipment which help the trainees to do yoga postures very easily and precisely. Some of them are as follows:-

* Mats
* Blocks
* Bolsters
* Straps
* Yoga ropes
* Gripitz
* Seat for back ease
* Inversion sling
* Meditation cushions and
* Many more yoga furniture

MATS: They are mainly soft and sticky in nature and have padding which improves friction. This frictional property of the mats helps us to keep our balance during yoga sessions. It even safeguards our hands, knees and legs from any kinds of injuries.

BLOCKS: There are two main types of blocks used during yoga sessions one is foam blocks and the other is fuzzy blocks. Both of them are made up of foam; the basic difference between them is that the fuzzy block has a colorful cover of cotton corduroys. They are used mainly by amateurs to gain height and support.

BOLSTERS: Bolsters is a supportive item used during yoga sessions. It is mainly of four type cylindrical bolsters, rectangular bolsters, breathing bolsters, zafus. It is mainly used to support our back, hamstring, belly and chest. The breathing bolster helps to relax our spine and enhances one’s breathing.

STRAPS OR YOGA ROPES: It is a simple strap in shape that helps one to grasp legs, hands, arms and feet which earlier was very difficult to grasp. Thus it makes these yoga exercises even easier for one to perform.

GRIPITZ:
It is dumbbell type instrument which helps to give balance while doing yoga poses.

SEAT FOR BACK EASE: It is a seat which is used when a person is sitting on floor to have a perfect back alignment. It can also be kept on a placed on a small thing which would increase its height and thus, would help in better blood flow and hence one can achieve good relaxation.

INVERSION SLING:
This is a type of yoga instrument which is mountable on your ceiling. Its main function is to relieve pain in the back.

MEDITATION CUSHIONS: The zafus are mainly meditation cushions which are used to help in sitting in an upright manner. They are generally made from natural fiber and are plastic or synthetic free.
