suggestions for workout videos pls

I broke my ankle two months ago so I didn’t exercise much. In a few days, the doctor’s taking the cast off. I’m looking for a good exercise video so that I could go back in shape again as soon as my doctor says it’s okay

It may be a good idea to ask your doctor (cutting your cast) which exercise might be good for you because your ankle might be not too strong for standard strenuous exercise right now.
