There are a lot of people nowadays who wants to lose weight instantly and have tried different methods. Practicing food diet, diet pills, slimming creams and soap, and different methods of exercise; and we often don't mind the possible effects in our body as a whole we just want to lose weight. But sometimes as we achieved our desired weight and body shape us then noticed that we look so dry and dull; looking unhealthy. It is because you're doing it the wrong way, your desire to lose weight in as fast as possible made it an unhealthy practice. How to do healthy weight loss? We need to first understand the concept of being healthy and define it. According to the definition of World Health Organization (W.H.O.) health is the complete physical, mental and social well- being and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity. To achieve this, the individual must E.R.E.S.

* Eat. Food is one of the basic needs of humans that be met. But with the modern society and western influence, the perception of food consumption needs to be limited and must have guidelines even though you are not experiencing any form of disease. Where these dietary guidelines for losing weight do came from? These dietary guidelines where actually came from the dietary restrictions of certain religions. And with the curiosity of the human minds it made the researchers to look for solutions to live a healthy life and to live with a longer lifespan. And they have found out that the secret of living a healthy life and to have a longer lifespan can be found by the food that we eat. And with the want of us to have a super- model type body and the body of a hunk model on a underwear campaign, different methods of weight loss diets are created, and still counting. But hoe to choose for the most effective diet plan? In choosing for the best and most effective diet plan you need to consider your the intensity of your work or your daily activities, will that diet be sufficient for the high demands of your work, will the diet applicable to your religious practices, will you like the diet plan, and is the components of that diet plan is accessible to your place? In doing this don't hesitate to experiment with the different foods that is available in your place, do research for the foods that is in your own place and don't afraid to explore!

* Rest, is one of the factors that will help us achieve a healthy weight loss; a weight loss with glow. After a strenuous and stressful activity of the day, rest helps us in promoting cell regeneration which helps us to look fresh and young, improves muscle tone and promotes relaxation that is needed for the next day’s activities. It is also necessary for us to properly benefit the healthy food choice that we consume, because with rest absorption of vitamins and minerals that is essential to our body is well absorbed and benefited.

* Exercise is an activity that requires physical exertion for the purposes of improving one's health, helps a person in correcting a deformity, or to help us develop a particular skill such as dancing or swimming. Exercise also increases the amount of the antibodies, because during an exercise it increases the blood flow in the lymphatic vessels which helps us fight the opportunistic pathogens inside our body. However, it is not advisable to do prolonged strenuous activities as it lowers down our immunologic response and will open a way for the opportunistic pathogens to enter in our body.

* Socialize. Socialization also helps us in our weight loss management; through it we will be able to learn a lot of information’s by gathering different ideas from different people. This also helps us focus on sharing our thoughts, feelings and experiences through interaction with the people that we encounter, and we often receive advice that inspires us, and help us surpass the challenges of life. It also help us in determining if our diet plans are successful and is effective, as the people around us will likely noticed the changes that we did for ourselves.
