How does my mental condition effect my physical condition?
Are you down in the dumps? Are you feeling less than stellar? I don't mean physically down, I mean mentally. Do you feel good inside? Because, it has a greater effect on you, than you know. When the human mind feels good the body tends to follow. The most active among us, are generally physically fit, they are more driven more focused than the rest of us as well, these are the type A personalities among us. These people don't spend time dieting, or fretting about how much food they eat, or how much they drink, they tend to own their bodies and use them as such.

Have you ever wondered what these people are doing differently than the rest of us? They aren't doing anything; they are naturally active and as such lead a non sedentary lifestyle. They work and play hard, and the bodies that they have tend to show it. They take pride in their bodies and it shows, because they are go getters and they always seek what they want. There's a gulf of difference between the naturally thing and active, and the naturally heavy and sedentary.

The go getters around us used to be the popular kids in school the ones with the best grades, or the most friends, these are the social butterflies, and the lives of the party, they do well in business and there personal relationships are smooth, because of attention to detail. These guys are the cat's pajama's and again their bodies show it. Is it because they have an extraordinary workout routine that is above and beyond what the normal man has? No. It isn't that at all. These people don't spend the time worrying about whether or not they should have the beef over the chicken because their bodies will naturally burn the extra calories off any way.

The naturally thin are blessed with a few different factors that contribute to their body types, such as a naturally speedy metabolism that allows for greater consumption but doesn't contribute to overall weight gain however, it is more likely for these people to develop internally visible problems because of food intake. The Circadian Rhythms that their bodies possess takes care of all the work for them, but those among us that don't have the luck to be blessed with one of these automatically regulating bodies have to work, and we have to work hard in order to achieve the stunning bodies that we see in all our favorite muscle and fitness magazines. These bodies are sculpted and shaped over time and it's hard work for those of us who's metabolism seems to be fighting us all the way. Perhaps the best thing for us sometimes is to sit back and let the autopilot take over. Maybe we should allow our bodies natural indicators to do their jobs, and stop relying on tons of different chemicals that aren't naturally occurring to do this job for us… Make your body work. That's what it's for.
