Common help me out with weight loss and muscle gaining.?
Ok so I weigh 170lb..I want to lose weight but not lose muscle..I want to lose weight and if possible gain muscle..what can I do! And also when and how often should you drink a protien shake if your not getting enough protien from real food....how about lifting one day(bench press,squats all that good stuff) next 2 days just cardio say running 1 mile.and lift again next day.(cycle)...thanks guys
