Dieting is the best way to loose weight. But mind that you are not going to loose your energy while dieting. Have a energetic food and avoid a fats food this is how you can loose your weight.

manikertamang, Can you elaborate a bit .. what will you classify as "energetic food"
My take: Actually dieting is indeed a very good way to lose weight, although I feel once should combine it with a light exercising. Once you start dieting your metabolism goes down, so one you resume your normal diet, the body tends to regain the weight. |

Yes dieting make some weight low but not that much that some one can achieve by doing the routine exercises. Exercise is must, with that you can run your dieting program.

If you change your habits you'll definitely lose weight, but don't make it too hard. Do it step by step and be proud of your every single change.
If you exercise without dieting, you will be inclined towards a bigger appetite, which will lead to increase of weight. Muscle growth underneath the fat layer will also make you bulkier. |

I believe both exercise and diet are equally important when trying to lose weight. You can't have one without the other. My advice is to set realistic goals and do something you enjoy. Don't make yourself run and eat broccoli if you don't enjoy those things. Find an activity you like to do and explore different healthy options because you will stick with it long-term, not only short-term.

I believe that a healthy weight loss is almost impossible without regular exercise. Watching what you eat is equally important but success is not possible with just one of them. Both exercise and healthy diet are equally important.

Yes. Dieting really a good way of losing weight. One effective diet that I know is sugar free diet. You will just replace your sugar with natural sweeteners. I'm using natvia. It has low calorie content. You can try this one.
