There is no 'magic bullet' when it comes to losing weight. Please keep it simple! Reduce your caloric intake, but still eat nutritiously, and increase your exercise significantly. This is common sense. Do this and the pounds WILL come off, but you must also be patient. It takes time. Looking to follow various so called 'diet plans' etc., is just trying to avoid this simple common sense. Good luck.

Great advice there. Let me chip in with my own advice!
Without religiously following a weight loss system you will never be able to achieve your goals. I have found over the years many people flutter in and out of using all sorts of none sense but I will now tell you the system that got me where I am today (9st - from 15st). The system is BurnYourFlab(.com) and I have been using it for years. It is mainly targeted to men looking for a six pack but the owner has developed a more woman-focused part of it now for us ladies! I had days when I thought 'oh my god I cannot be bothered' but I went ahead with it anyway. This is the level of discipline I'm talking about. Oh and it took 2 years to get to where I am - it does take time for REAL weight loss so don't buy in to any of these 'lose weight fast' none sense sites! Hope this helps :-) |

Hi everybody! I was always on diet since I remember. I became a maniac of all whatever weightloss products, I always lose some kilos but either I become nervous when I am on diet or I gain back the same kilos after a while. The last thing I tried desperately, was a package: Spam URL Removed by Administrator . I should confess that at that time I was pessimist, thinking that it would be the same as whatever I tried so far, but me and my husband both followed the program (since Jan 2011) I lost almost 4 kilos and he lost 5 (with jogging) and our weights are stable thanks to the correct and healthy diet.
