How I lost 20 Pounds Weight in 30 Days by Simple Means?
I lost 20 Pounds weight in 30 just days. It is based on the learning from the knowledge I acquired in the company of athletes, who combine three basic steps of exercise, diet and supplements to keep themselves fit. One can select any of these steps to achieve desired weight reduction. Slow carb diets are used by many athletes to keep themselves fit.
By following the basic learned I have lost 20 pounds in just 30 days. The rules governing my success are given below: Avoiding White Carbohydrates: Avoiding white carbohydrates like starch out of which bread is made and any other preparations made of starch. All bakery products are made of starch and these are forbidden absolutely. Rice preparations, potatoes, pasta and fried foods are also forbidden. Eating same Meals Repeatedly in Continuation: The persons, who aim to lose weight with the support of right diet, need to make it a point, to eat few varieties of selected foods regularly. The prohibited foods which are mentioned above are forbidden. The Meals during the weight reduction should be selected out of the following three groups: Proteins: Protein derived from Egg whites, Muscular Mutton of Chicken breast or Grass fed organic beef. Legumes: These include all lentils, black beans and Pinto beans. Vegetables: Spinach, Asparagus, Peas and Mixed vegetables Because of low calories in the above foods one can eat sufficient quantity of these foods to fulfill the appetite. In simplicity decide 3 to 4 meals and repeat them till the desired weight goal is achieved. It is surprising that all restaurants can easily give a salad or vegetables instead of French fries or potatoes. Surprisingly Mexican food minus the rice and fats in it makes a good alternative food for weight reduction and can be served on request at any restaurant. Many people deciding to use low carb diet, after some time quit. They do so not because the diet does not work, the reason behind their quitting soon is taking inadequate calories. One can understand from the fact that ½ cup of rice provides 300 calories, where as replacing it with ½ cup spinach one gets only 15 calories. The deficit of calories can be made from Lentils in the diet. The athletes focused on weight reduction take more number of meals say 6 to 8 meals per day to n. One can conveniently do the same by taking 4 meals serving from the selected menu thus there is no calorific deficiency felt at the same time one loses weight observed by tape measurements as well as on the scale. Following is the meals regimen I planned and continued for a month. : 1. Egg white, black beans, and Boiled fatless mixed vegetables. 2. Organic beef fed on grass in low proportions, roasted or boiled beans with Mixed Vegetables. 3. Do not drink milk, normal soft drinks, or fruit juice. On One day Meals of Choice: One day in a week on a Sunday one is permitted to take food of choice in little quantities so that one feels satisfaction of taking choicest food in small quantity after 6 days of controlled dieting regimen. The right diet under controlled conditions helped me to lose 20 pounds in 30 days. |

First of all congrats for losing the weight you lost, you have an excellent routine and an admirable eating program. I cheated when losing weight because i got injured because of soccer and i went from 170 to 230 in 2 months (it was bad) but i took some diet pills and i lost 40 pounds in 1 month with what i took and my 2 hour soccer practice every day.

How wonderful you all, congratulation (i nearly to think of this as miracle). But i still wonder does it have any bad influence on our body to lose weight to harsh???

Make sure you don't lose an excessive amount of weight at one time and that it will be long-term! But the way you are going, it seems like you are losing it the healthy way. Congrats. Add in fruits to your diet, too
